Day 1: Fine-Tuning Imagery Rescripting: Imagery re-scripting is a key aspect of schema therapy and a powerful experiential tool for change.  This workshop will focus specifically on how therapists can become more skilled in developing strong corrective emotional experiences that result in significant emotional cognitive and behavioural change. Together with Chris Hayes, Remco recorded video tapes with details how to apply Imagery Rescripting in various settings. They serve as a gold standard in this field.

Day 2: Fine-tuning Mode Dialogues and Chair-work:  Mode dialogues and Chair work are the second major experiential technique used in Schema therapy. Mode dialogues on multiple chairs enable us to lay out the inner world of a patient in the room, re-externalise self-representations and work with them.
